We are all tired from the ads we face every single day. From the increasing costs of reaching more customers through major media outlets to thousands of other ads competing for the very same attention. Do we really expect customers to remember every products or services that is advertised?

Founders need to understand why is it important to educate your clients. You can be an expert in your field but your clients might not know as much as you do. That’s why finding ways to educate your clients could allow them to understand the benefits your product have to offer. Client education is all about helping your clients get the most out of your product.

There are many ways you can go about educating your customers. We will share 2 ways how you can do so in this article: Writing articles to explain your product and creating courses to educate your customers on your product. Read this article to learn how users can get paid to learn on our app. We ran a poll on our social media channels a few days ago to find out whether people would rather read articles or complete courses to learn how they can use a new product.

Here are the results of the poll ran on our Instagram story:

Reaching over 433 accounts, we received 52 votes on Instagram.

The results was real close and it tell us people are open to reading articles and completing courses to help them understand a product better. There are many similarities between articles and courses. Both of which have to be interesting, easy to consume, have the ability to provide information and clearly understandable. One of our follower said an article should cover potential problems a user would face and provide instructions on how one could solve it on his own would be most useful. You should start considering adding writing articles to your list of marketing efforts however we do believe pushing out well-designed courses on a product could bring greater benefits to a brand.
